Strictly Necessary Cookies are essential for the Website to work. They handle security, maintain sessions, and remember your consent choices. These cannot be disabled and don't require your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f), but we inform you about them.

Functional Cookies remember your preferences like language settings and provide enhanced features. These require your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and ePrivacy Directive Article 5(3).

Analytics Cookies help us understand how visitors use our Website by collecting statistics about page views, traffic sources, and user behavior. All information is aggregated and pseudonymous. These require your consent.

session_idand PHPSESSID maintain your logged-in state and session security, expiring when you close your browser.

__cf_bm from Cloudflare distinguishes humans from bots for security purposes and expiresafter 30 minutes.

4.2 Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics to understand Website usage and improve performance. Google Analytics cookies include:

_ga and ga[container-id] distinguish unique users and persist session data for 2 years.

_gid provides24-hour user statistics and expires after 24 hours.

_gat limits data collection requests and expires after 1 minute.

Google Analytics collects device information (browser type, operating system, screen resolution), session information (duration, pages viewed), traffic sources (referrals, campaigns), geographic location (from anonymized IP addresses), user engagement metrics, and conversion events.

4.3 Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram)

The Meta Pixel measures Facebook and Instagram advertising effectiveness, builds custom audiences, and enables retargeting:

_fbp identifies browsers for advertising and stores visit information for 90 days.

_fbc tracks conversions and click IDs from Facebook ads for 90 days.

fr deliversand measures ad relevancy for 90 days.

Meta Pixel collects page view events, device and browser information, URLs visited, standard events (purchases, leads, registrations), click IDs, ad interactions, and anonymized IP addresses for location.

4.4 LinkedIn Insight Tag

This tag tracks LinkedIn advertising conversions, enables retargeting, and provides professional audience insights:

li_gc storesguest consent for cookies for 6 months.

lidc facilitates data routing for 24 hours.

UserMatchHistory syncs LinkedIn Ads IDs for 30 days.

li_sugr is abrowser identifier for non-members lasting 90 days.

bcookie uniquely identifies browsers for 1 year.

LinkedIn Insight Tag collects page visit metadata (URL, referrer, timestamp, IP), device characteristics, button clicks, conversion events, aggregated professional demographics, and campaign attribution data.

4.5 TikTok Pixel

The TikTok Pixel measures TikTokadvertising impact and optimizes ad delivery:

_ttp and _ttp_eu track advertising campaign performance for 13 months.

_tt_enable_cookie stores cookie consent preferences for 13 months.

TikTok Pixel collects page views, conversion events, browser and device information, URLs and referrers, IPaddresses for location, ad interactions, and custom events.

4.6 Twitter (X) Pixel

The Twitter Pixel tracks conversions, builds audiences, and measures Twitter advertising:

muc_ads collects user behavior for advertising for 2 years.

personalization_id tracks visitors for relevant advertisements for 2 years.

guest_id identifies and tracks website visitors for 2 years.

Twitter Pixel collects conversion events,device and browser characteristics, IP addresses and location data, URLs andreferrers, and ad engagement data.

4.7 Google Ads

We use Google Ads for conversion trackingand remarketing across the Google Display Network:

_gcl_au measures advertising efficiency for 3 months.

IDE measuresad conversions and enables retargeting for 13 months.

test_cookie tests browser cookie support for 15 minutes.

NID stores preferences and user information for 6 months.

Google Ads collects ad views, clicks,conversions, device information, geographic location, user interests, browsing patterns, and remarketing list assignments.

7. WITHDRAWING CONSENT

You can withdraw consent for non-essential cookies anytime. Access Cookie Settings through our Website footer, adjust your preferences, and save. When you withdraw consent, we stop setting new cookies of rejected types, existing cookies are deleted or expire naturally, and your withdrawal is recorded.

9. DATA RETENTION

Cookies are automatically deleted when they reach expiration unless you delete them earlier. Data retention periodsvary: Google Analytics event data lasts 2 months, user-level data 14 months, with aggregated reports retained indefinitely without personal identifiers. Meta retains pixel data for 90 days and website visit data for 180 days. LinkedIn keeps pseudonymized visit data for 180 days. TikTok retains data for 13 months. Twitter keeps data up to 2 years. Google Ads retains advertising cookies for 13 months. Consent records are kept for 3 years.

Right to Rectification (Article 16) – correct inaccurate personal data.

Our Website isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn we've collected data from a child under 16, we'll delete it promptly.
